Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Aftermarket Parts Sales Manager

based at our office in Sydney in Prospect, NSW

What you will do: 

  • This role will be key in driving parts sales and market share growth in the Asia Pacific markets. They will do this via analysis, analytics and market intelligence in the region and supporting the sales team on the ground to target specific sales out parts sales.
  • This position will also have responsibility to work along with dealers to achieve the parts sales objectives, sales orders operation, competitor’s analysis, and market share performance.
  • They will provide leadership and guidance to the HYMH Aftermarket Parts team in Asia Pacific and liaise closely with the regional PDC and local 3PL for customer satisfaction.
  • The role will be responsible for the forecasting, planning, and continuous growth of the Dealer’s parts and service sales directly and via their team.
  • The position is also responsible to create and enhance procedures for aftermarket that assure HYMH process and improve the operation and performance of the area.
  • Development of process and aftermarket actions to support dealers’ operation and provide a strong customer support in field.
  • Ensuring Parts interpretation services are well managed and adding value to the dealers and customers.
  • Work along with parts operation and planning to increase the parts fill rate and to keep the inventory in accordance.
  • Provide Aftermarket support for National/Key Accounts

What you will need: 

  • BS Degree in Sales, Administration / Engineering
  • 7-10+ years’ experience in leadership sales positions, service, training and working with dealer development
  • Strategies: Development of strategies and tactical sales
  • Strong Communication Skills
