Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and visionary Platform Leader, Customer Experience Modernization based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:
- Drive results-oriented agile project management, including backlog management, scrum team management, and burndown forecasting. Measure and report on business value achieved.
- Develop and execute a modernization roadmap for Customer Experience platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
- Lead and mentor a team of administrators, developers, and analysts while managing solution design and technical architecture to modernize legacy systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver innovative, effective system solutions.
- Oversee research and reporting on legacy systems, creating actionable modernization plans, and implementing scalable technology solutions.

What you will need:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT system transformation or platform strategy roles.
- Certifications: Scrum Master certification, SAFe Agilist certification, Salesforce Administrator
Skills, Experience & Abilities
- Experience managing complex projects as part of an agile program, including managing cross-workstream dependencies, developing integrated plans through PI Planning ceremonies, and managing and communicating program risks to an executive audience.
- Expertise in platform modernization strategy and scalable system design.
- Proficiency in IT system architecture, integration strategies, and technical debt management.
- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
